The class: Master Classes / Workshops
FARFALLA Stretch Method workshops are designed to bring the many benefits of our programs to you. The program design has three different levels of training and capability: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. Each level starts with a set of warm-up exercises followed by specific stretching and strength techniques that target every muscle group. At Stretch and Technique workshop, you will learn how to choose and perform the exercises for flexibility, stretching and strength.
